The Prius v BMW M3 was quite a good feature - quite a well balanced and informative demonstration of how driving style impacts on fuel consumption. I was quite impressed
London to Brighton on a Sinclair C5 - 6/5/07 - what a trip !
Ford Explorer 4.0 v6 petrol for everyday abuse - thank God for LPG
Sinclair C5's (Plus "c5alive.co.uk" ) as a hobby

Would have been interesting to see what they would have got as a result had they swapped drivers.

Perhaps someone like Peter Perkins takes a Beemer round and The Stig takes an Insight round then switch over. What do you reckon Peter?

Clarkson was definately right about changing driving styles to save fuel. With my standard Skoda Octavia 1.9tdi estate I have managed to get 84.5mpg on a 35 mile drive one night recently and regularly get 70+mpg on my daily commute of 30 miles each way.
