HI dave,

Thanks for that. I've actually been given a charging device ;) I'm rather happy too, as I should be able to charge at at least 45 A and modify the current and voltage during the charge cycle :) Bonza :)

Incidentally, the charger plot thickens. After five days of being unplugged the charger on my El is once again humming. I think it needed a vacation.

Any ideas as to why the charger would do that?

And how is your Series I coming along? Any photos?
