Postby Teslas fag packet » Sun Mar 09, 2008 7:22 pm

Firstly i would like to show off, as i have a nice shiny new berlingo on a 53 plate

in fact I'm doing my 2003 berlingo dance now,,,,,, doo ddoo ....... mmmm dada . da ooooohhhh.

Electric windows and electric wing mirror and side door, it had two dead batts in the back that i have replaced. and it's a runner.

BUT....... No AVCON lead does any one have one they could sell me if not i will make other arrangements

See i wasn't JUST showing off 8)

Hey there Tesla!

Congratulations!!!

I must admit that I do feel a little out of place being as I don't have a berlingo myself...

Eeerrr 25K i think yes 25K

It's showing lots of sighs of abuse, sun viser ripped off a hole in the roof for a beacon that has not been plunged and this has caused some staining of the interior, Nowt some elbow grease wont cure.

also the motor inspection plate has been smashed by over tightening the bolts this has also broken off the case captive thread in the motor housing eeeeekkkk.

I need to check the trans fluid too, and it didn't have a radiator grill which i have fitted this morning

and it had a new middle pack in 2005 heck, what is it with people wanting to kill these lovely machines

not that I'm complaining you understand, i just need to get cracking 8)

Sounds like the poor girls had a hard life

Yep your right to check the trans oil , also check the brushes as I suspect they will need a change by now as well.

Oh its had it's 25K service and the brushes are brand new as they haven't worn in properly from what i can feel without getting out my car crawler.

it feels as if the sharp point on the brushes is near but not touching the comm if that makes sense, i don't think there run in yet so I'm taking it steady with hur.

haven't had much chance to do any thing much as i have been dieing with man flu, I'm still clearing out the copy's of the SUN and crisp packets, also i got a free traffic cone :)
