Next Sunday 3rd is the return of the Goodwood Breakfast Club with the first theme being "Tax free Sunday".
If you are not familiar with the format, it's very casual with people just showing up at around 8 am to kick tyres and get a breakfast. People disperse when they have had enough, but last year that was nearly lunch time. Tax free in this case includes modern EVs and low emissions vehicles, in addition to classic cars that qualify for the £0 tax disc.
At the 2012 event there were 5 or 6 Teslas and a Leaf. I'm hoping with the wider proliferation of cars over the last year, there were will be a few more Leafs and Amperas.
If your car doesn't qualify, you are still very welcome to attend but your car will not be on display in the paddock.
