I'd suggest adding in camping spots that can cater for caravans therefore able to supply a 13 amp socket for a night.
This would amplify the number of recharge points greatly. Many B&B's are able to do this too. I don't think this aspect of the business is very forward thinking or active enough.

Then there are locations that can supply narrow boats but can extend to a parked vehicle...

Any more?

Please feel free to add any locations you find using the link "Want to submit a charging point? Send us the details" at http://openchargemap.org/ the idea is that the database will become a central resource that people can pull out data they are interested in (Caravan Parks for instance).

Ummm,
For the happy overnight campers..
This is from review comments alone:
http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=caravan ... lter=0&z=8

A dazzling array of stop off's, eh?

I guess one should phone ahead to ascertain if a point is available and free... and will accept the amount of electric required. Bung 'em a fiver as a tip and they will be more than willing to serve 'us' the next time ;) Can't be argued, they are certainly a good resource who might be most happy even if you are only stopping over for a meal and a pint.

These are interesting numbers Mr. Sharpe.
Australia has quite a few people "doing" the electric thing. Ireland and the Netherlands seem to have a good show of interest with hobbyists too. Seems charging ones car in public places does not meet the same criteria as charging up at a mates or family when visiting for the barby.

I also feel the energy lobby has spread too much disinformation about energy usage to the slavish minded masses between fuel cars and EV's.
