All I can suggest is a quick email to.............

info@aeracing.org

They have been very helpful

PS
Sadly, I am definitely not yet fit enough to travel, so will have to miss this great event
Really hope to make it in 2011

Good advice thanks, got a very quick response to my email.

For anyone else who wants to know, runs start on the hour from 1pm to 5pm

Don't you love it when your project's "80% finished" ? It's so satisfying to know there's only 80% left to do...

This is from the recent AER newsletter;

Sessions
There are 5 scheduled sessions on track for AE Racing, with the first one scheduled at 1pm and running on the hour after that. The last dedicated AE Racing session will be at 5pm. You will be called from the pits by a track marshal shortly before the next session.

If you can’t wait for the next session and are desperate to get back out on track, you can also run with the stinky petrol powered vehicles in the Run What Ya Brung, but you won’t get the luxury of the queue-jump.

See ya at the start line :mrgreen:

This event was sooo much fun ! :lol: It was good to meet up with some of the BVS team and great to see Nikki there. "Team c5alive" had a great day out (even if we did "kill" a 24v Sinclair C5 :shock: ). I've posted a "match report" and some piccies from this fabulous event onto my c5alive forum (page 2),
