All the best

Yes, Ed, that form is using Paypal to take payment either from your Paypal account or from a credit/debit card. The downloadable form is for people who distrust Paypal.
For your peace of mind, be aware that Mary is taking money directly for this event, so the address you will see on the Paypal page is "chezmary.com". This is genuine.
On a personal note, Mary says she has already received your money... Were you asking on behalf of someone else?

Re: National: ElectraCon conference 2010, Manchester
The final programme for April 10th is shaping up nicely.
Highlights include:
A speaker from Ford, Dr Tim Nicklin, coming to talk about the new electric Ford Focus.
Azhar Hussain, from TTXGP, speaking about the TTXGP egrandprix - some interesting developments going on there.
Mike Boxwell, G-wiz owners club, sharing with us some of the practicalities of being an electric vehicle owner and telling us about his new book.
Our very own Antoni Offert, an excellent public speaker, explaining the Peukert Effect (to do with discharging batteries at higher currents reducing available power).
And:
We have some members giving short informal presentations about the projects they have been working on in the last year - give me a shout if you want to be included here - we can squeeze a couple more people in!
And more.....
The final programme should be available in the next week (it has taken longer to finalise than I hoped for various reasons, including a couple of speakers having to pull out at very short notice, but I am finalising replacements as I type this....)
Hopefully the above will be enough to whet the appetite for now
As last year, we are setting up an EV display outside - do get in touch to reserve a spot for your EV if you would like it inlcuded in the display.
Mary.

Re: National: ElectraCon conference 2010, Manchester
The event last year was amongst the best events I've had the pleasure of attending on any topic at any time.
I hope to come this year (responsibilities for14 year olds permitting). If so, I'll be driving from the Midlands if anyone would like a ride.

Thanks for the kind words about last year
Breaking news:
I have just had confirmation from Mistubishi that they are coming along with an iMiEV to show us, and will be giving us a short talk about the development of the car etc
And we still have a few tickets left - snap them up quick folks!

How did this event go ?
It was something I'd love to have visited but simply couldn't make it - any "match reports" from the day ?
