I've bought motors from a really good company in Canada, www.ebikes.ca

Although shipping etc is expensive, they are really good people to deal with, the proprietor, Justin, is very helpful and knowledgeable.

In my experience, they are cheaper than buying from one of the couple of UK vendors, plus they actually answer emails quickly!

Hi Jeremy, many thanks for the info on ebykes.ca. I'm sure they are just the sort of people that will get my tricycle project off the ground. Cheerio......eric :D

I've got a BMC geared hubmotor here in a 20" rim. It's been used a little (a few miles in a trike). It can go for £130.

Which trike are you building Kelvin? The KMX, or a bigger one?
