Best Electric Van that doesnt cost a packet

Ive been looking at the Aixaim mega city electric van but reading up on them it seems they are more problematic than they are worth? I like the compact size of it but it seems they dont run on lithuim and the batteries,motors need constant attention/replacement. Can anyone recommend something? Even if it may be a bit of a project?
