Subaru R1E shows up in Milton Keynes!

Postby aminorjourney » Tue Dec 04, 2007 1:54 pm

Well folks, I just got a very interesting call.

It seems the R1E prototype (or one of them) has been in the UK taking part in road-tests.

How do I know? One of the EV-Network/BVS members (and EV dealer) had Subaru turn up on his doorstep asking to charge it!

I'll try and see if he has any photos from the event ;)

I've not heard of this vehicle before. It looks great, like a real car!

Very nice. Hope they end up for sale and the price tag's not too high.

At last an EV that doesn't look too weird and could go mainstream.

I know I'm in my own world - it's OK, they know me here.
