I didn't even know Ginetta had an EV in their line-up. There's very little about it on their website, other than a top speed of 120mph and a range of 250 miles. I wonder how much it is?

I emailed them in April when I found the G50EV mentioned elsewhere:
Tim

Thanks for your enquiry. Our G50 EV is a first prototype and we do not have any plans to currently go to production with this car; hence the TBA.

We do however and have proved a desire and knowledge to produce an pure EV car, so keep yourself up to speed with the website and perhaps add your details to the mailing list to be kept up to date.

I am sorry that I cannot give you any more information, however;
- Ginetta only build fully built cars
- The Prototype EV, has a genuine 200 mile range regardless of driving style
- It is capable of 120mph.

I hope that we can keep your interest in the product.

Best regards

Jamie Robinson

Glad to hear they are still developing it, and haven't given up.

Vapourware then. Although, I did find suggested prices of £60000, so even if they did start selling it, I wouldn't buy one. If it was half the price, however...
