Hey,

Do anyone have a inside picture or a zivan ng9 where it would be able to check a component type/value for me?

I have a defect ng9, but no transistors, mosfets and diode seem to be defective.

top of the pcb

In the middle of the top of pcb there is a burned hole

So i was wondering what would happen if i refitted the missing parts (burned away totally, also hole in the pcb), and replaced the melted wires below the pcb. I might just charge again, they are known as solid chargers.

Anyone knowing anything about reparing this zivan ng9 ??

thanks

;) michael

Thats significant heat damage. Looks like the track has been vapourised. So what caused such a high current draw/ temperature and what other components remains could be found?
Electrofit Zapi do repairs, but they wouldnt even look at one as badly damaged as this.

Hello Michael. Did you ever get your Zivan NG9. sorted out.? I have a NG5 with problems. Spare parts are almost impossible to find. Keith
