A lot of people look at my City El and go "Yeah, but you can't do x in it".

Well, I thought it about time us City El owners listed some things you CAN do in it ;)

Number 1)

The weekly shop!

Don't believe me?

Take a look!

I'd like to see that much in the back of a Smart Car! The City El did very admirably although the ride height of the rear was about half of what it normally is and it took a while to get up a long hill after having done 7 miles with a Mircowave in the back (on the way to the tip)

Which, brings me to this. It's not the Microwave but it was on an earlier trip to the tip last year:

Number 2) The recycling.

So, what other things can you do in what I reckon is one of the smallest production EVs out there? You can't go on a Motorway but I'm sure you can do lots more interesting things! :D

Well Nikki, I must say without any doubt, the load space on your City el beats the C5 hands down !!

yes, for sure Nikki, just waiting patiently for that red one in your garage to become available !!

The real challenge for me then would be to see if I can transport a C5 in the Mini el !!

Lol

Well, you could always build a trailer for it - or put it on the back with a roof-rack. You would need to beef up the suspension and probably increase the power slightly!
