I actually quite like the two colour one. But I think perhaps we need to wait until after the next AGM. ;)

first person that comes up with a decent car and van shaped representation using the symbols Chris suggested gets their design in the logo too!

It's all pretty easy for me to do so dont fret Chris and just for you I'll do some planks of wood too

Yes, the red on green does make it look a bit like a first aid kit doesn't it

It's a nice logo from my viewpoint, but obviously won't work for the other 97 per cent or so who don't happen to have an electric motorbike. We need some sort of generic vehicle design...

By the way Chris, I just posted a few details of my bike in the motorcycles section.

Ooops, Iv arrived at this subject a bit late.

I have been thinking about this for many years ! in my head I have designed a logo that should encompass most electric vehicles, using outline drawings underlined with the battery symbol in a similar way to the present logo.

Unfortunately I do not have all the symbols required in my fonts library.

So, if someone can supply me with outline drawings of - -

A locomotive - bus or truck – car - motorcycle and bicycle that can be implanted into a Word document I would be grateful.
It would help if they are to approximate scale, might look a bit silly if a bike were larger than a loco !!!
( Having said that my lec bike is big on performance – it pulls wheelies :-) )

The battery bit I can do myself.

I reckon that I might have the solution to the logo question (as does everybody else with their ideas)

And it is in MONO :-)

Word is NOT the right software to use to do artwork but if you send me a rough draft I'll knock up something for you to kick the idea around if you like.

Bear in mind this is purely a discussion as there's committee members who will freak out at the mere suggestion of making changes. If you had any idea of the rumpus over some other things you'd not even go near this subject but then I don't mind as I'm open minded and like to hear people's opinions on everything so sketch away

By the way the colours I can change easily so any suggestions as to what colours there's a preference for..............
