I have been reading about this EU Proposal on a few car forums.

Has anyone looked into how this would effect electric car conversions and builds both new and existing?

Forgive me if I'm missing something, but we already run our own MOT systems here already, I suspect this is more aimed at some of the euro folk that dont seem to know what a MOT is let alone tax or insurance.

Yes there "is" a possiblity that some or all of it "may" be implimented here but I suspect not to the degree thats being stated, we are of course at liberty to not follow the EU folks
