Hi Arthur,

Glad to hear you are going to try to join us. It'll be good to get to know someone else so local to us who has an interest in battery vehicles.

Ta Da, IM BACK

I have been dyeing for the last two weeks, I'm told it was a bad case of man flu.

Anyway this is a great idea we have a big area up here and the only way we can kick tires on such a big scale is to move about a bit.

I have just check my passport and it is still in date so i should be ok to cross the pennine check points, although they only check on the way in to Yorkshire to keep out the rif raf

So please count me and MRS Tesla in if you don't mind

Come on you lot lets keep the tumble weed from the Pootles door

I'm looking forward to it.

See you soon
Tes

I'll be trying to get to this. I could maybe involve the greenpower racing team I help out - perhaps borrow one of the cars, 'cos my kitten is still a heap of rusty junk...... (actually finished my re-made front wishbones - painted 'em today..)
cheers
Bob

Hi Tes,

good to see you, and glad you'll both be coming to our meet :-)

Hope you are fully recovered from your 'man-flu'

Hi Bob,

glad to hear you will be joining us.

It would be brilliant if you could bring along one of the greenpower cars for us to see too :-)

Today's meet

Postby MaryRCrumpton » Sat Mar 29, 2008 7:40 pm

Just to let you all know that the meet today was a great success.

22 people showed up in total, and we had 3 Berlingos.

Our first guests arrived at about 11.45am, and the last people have only just left :-)

Thanks to all who came and made it so good.

When I am less knackered I will write some more here about how it went, including pictures etc. And I shall be writing an article about it for the magazine too.
