It looks like you have used the same motor as I have used in my trike Evan, but mine is a shaft drive. It could be interestng to compare performance at some point in the future.

I think you will find that milk floats are the largest production run ev's for usability in their intended environment.

The weight limit for exempt commercial electrics is not 1250 kgs. Berlingos are exempt and weigh about 1500 kgs and milk floats are about 2000 kgs unlaiden.
