Thanks for that information Rob.
It's actually about 10 miles out, possibly because we are in a very rural situation here and the initial part of a postcode covers a large area.
Still, it is useful to have an idea of where members are.
Thanks again.

Thanks for the membership map.
I see that there are 10 members in Cornwall including us.
Interestingly the marker for us is several miles out and appears the wrong side of Bodmin. Any chance of correcting it please?

Sounds like it would be a good idea to sound out who else is about anywhere near us and then sort out best place to meet.
I have a suspicion that it might just be you and us but hope I am wrong :!:
How about waiting until well into the New Year and then decide on our next moves?

Hi Ed, Just tried to post a reply but took ages and then it didn't appear  Yes we are interested but don't think our Elcat will get as far as Plymouth! We tend to stick to short journeys of no more than 20 or so miles. We got caught out after only 25 miles a few months back - yes I know we sho...

We need to see a lot more homes looking like this one if we are going to reduce our dependancy on fossil fuels! (And charge up all our EV's).

Just to say that we will be out in our Elcat in the Bodmin area at the designated time.

Hi, we bought an Elcat from John Lilly about 6months ago and use it for most of our local trips. He delivered it to us and was fairly helpful. We have rung him a couple of times and he has continued to give us advice. Regarding our Elcat, it is a heavy vehicle and has to cope with very steep hills i...

We are on the database and have a 16A external socket. We also have a lead available that plugs into the 16A socket to provide 2 13A sockets if required.
