we now have the password. they all appear to be colour based (e.g. red, green, blue etc)

any chance the AC live or neutral could have been connected to the Pilot or proximity pins?

Bad news??? This is good news - It stops all of the poor quality conversions from taking place! Eventually one of those will do damage/cause harm and then the conversion industry really would be doomed. FYI the battery doesn't need to be tested to UNECE Reg100. We did this with a gen1 and an extra 24kwh from another gen1. basically. Electronically it all works but the weight destroys the handling so its not really a viable mod.

Physically changing the connector is no issue whatsoever. Let me know if you need someone to do it for you. In terms of charge time/power. The charge point does not know what car is connected to it. the Chargepoint simply 'advertises' what current it is capable of and then the car charges at or belo...

Why a conversion?
You can pick up a Nissan leaf from about £6k now which seems to tick all of your boxes. A proper conversion will cost at least double that....

Come and have a look if you like? the lift we are installing doesn't require any cutouts and should be entirely non intrusive.
