Blimey that was quick. Well done anyway. Just to clarify I don't think it was a temperature sensor as my working one did not even operate up to 50 degC. It is more likely to be a current limitor for the fan motor start-up to probably minimise blowing the fuse or limiting the current through the swit...

I assume that you talking about the http://www.ev-network.org.uk database. It really does not matter too much, as you specify what you have anyway. The error in the maths was simply the double should have been quadruple (as implied in other areas of the calculation).
