power steering & vacuum pump not operational (missing 12V)
I tried to drive one of Berlingo which was standing for 2 months. Noticed no vacuum pump (hard brake) and no power steering. Checked voltage on both pumps and it's missing 12V :< all other equipment is working (lights, power windows, central locking, radio etc..) Had anybody had such problem? There ...

about leaks - for controller I have no idea, just check all connections. for batteries if there is hose damaged you will notice it when driving. I mean make some round trip, stop and quickly look under van if there is something leaking. If there is something black in coolant (no idea what) - you cou...

about D4 error in Berlingo, you need Lexia interface to clear it (reprogram controller parameters) - lexia can be bought on ebay for less than £100, much more fuctions than eVlite (but you need laptop with windows xp and lexia software - google is your friend ;)) - also it is very easy to use, you c...

good news, I have spare drive shaft - you need for left or right side? longer or shorter one?
I dismounted and sold Berlingo electric engine and I have now spare drive shafts....

dropping subframe - no big deal, same as with petrol Berlingos, this subframe is only different size in electric version...

exactly - you should replace all discs & pads, not just one. also it is quite important (and here where I live required by law) that both tyres on each axle are same dimensions AND manufacturer. I have no idea why UK law is OK to have two different brands of tyres on one axle - it is potentially...
