I have a feeling there is a setting you can tweak using the DAIG 2000 diagnosis unit, there was definately options in the charger section I am sure, wasnt many from memory but you could change the current draw which would impact charge time.

I had the belief that commercial electric vehicles do not require an MOT. Having now purchased a Berlingo I find it has had an MOT history. Is this because there are folding rear seats fitted? It does not state the no. of seats on the V5. There are no windows at the back which used to be important ...

cracks at the top suggest internal pressure suggests explosion suggests exposed plate, so probably melted case first then ignited remaining hydrogen when electrolyte escaped.
