I tested the van and it did 10 miles the first charge (took 5.6kw from mains). 15 miles the second charge (took 8.6kw from mains). 22 miles the third charge (took 10 kw from mains). I removed the 4 faulty batterys on the berlingo and reinstalled all the other batterys (all about 6.69v per battery). Hi These are the dates of the crates i thought they were replaced as a unit with the date on the crate. i will check the date on the batteries later. HI Does anyone know what the voltage of the 6v saft batts for the berlingo should be sat at off charge for about a week now. I think the fast charge is 150A supply you would need at least 35mm cable and 30kw supply house YEB fuse is 100A if new type even that would blow after 5 min.
You would need 3 phase 50A supply and wheelbarrow to carry transformer ectr.
