Hi All
If someone can tell me how far you get on a single kilowatt of electricity in a Berlingo or 106, I'll gladly add that to the website.
In December and January the carbon footprint of our nations electrickery is much, much higher than at any other time of the year. Its noticeable that as the temperature has increased over the past few days the carbon footprint has reduced and demand for electricity has come down a bit.
As a consequence, it means that we're not seeing a huge drop in the carbon footprint until around 1am in the morning and then the carbon footprint starts increasing from around 5am onwards.
I am using my own algorythm, based on input from a lot of knowledgable people - particularly from EON, EDF and National Grid. It took a while but I eventually came up with a set of figures that everyone was in agreement on, which I am quite pleased with.

My new book is out: The 2011 Electric Car Guide is available from Amazon and all good bookshops.
