When to Change brushes?

Just wondering when people change their brushes?

Here's a picture of 1 my brushes I took today. I think it looks okay. Maybe 500-1000 miles left?

I'd be interested in hearing other E500 drivers view on this subject. How close to the wear line do you change your brushes?

Hello Cianof - I cant see the picture, but if any of the copper wire tails are exposed on the face of the brush , change them. If you have brushes with the wear lines on and you are with 3mm of the line then think about changing them shortly.

Looks like several 1000 left on that one TBH, check them all though as they do wear slightly differently.

You can run them down to the wear line but no more
