Bradshaw utility truck with Sevcon / Taylor Dunn parts. Throttle problem

Hi guys
I've been using this 2011 Bradshaw around the place for a but and it would not work the other day.

It runs 36v (6 x 6) and has a DC motor with a Sevcon controller and Taylor Dunn dash hourmeter / battery level display.

Dash display is showing 002001 fault which having looked up codes for Taylor -Dunn is something to do with the accelerator module. Can't see anything physically wrong with the unit or wiring, it is quite complicated , I expected it was just a variable resistor but it has a hall effect sensor with a PCB and integrated circuits etc, and covered in waterproof gloop.(No wonder they put 'No User Serviceable Parts Inside' on the casing)

Anyone got any ideas other than replacing the accelerator unit, and has anyone got one kicking about? I would imagine they are used on golf carts, airport vehicles etc.

62-033-48 is possibly the part number for new one (spotted new one on ebay £££)

thanks.
