Now there's a coincidence! I just came across this myself a few minutes ago while looking for information on the ecomobile. Looks impressive. Would this be accepted as a motorcycle under the electric TT racing rules? Not thinking about streamlining, but about the outrigger wheels. I suppose they're not used when racing though...

The outriggers are retracted above walking pace.
