That's interesting - I'm doing a major renovation and extension at the moment, and while the BCO is happy to sign off on general wiring, they've categorically stated that all wet area electrics need to be fully tested by Part P certified electrician. I'll take that up with them as it could be a major cost saving (given that I've already paid for BCO sign off to completion)
