Here is new link to the recording of my moment of fame. As Tim has already said, I was there for an hour, but with the music hacked out the mp3 is 20 minutes of talking.

In it I promoted the society, the website, the forum, the ev-charging network, conversions, manufactured EVs, GoodEnergy, and the following day's meet in Manchester.
Happy Listening

Well now, Mary Perkins = Energetic, Enthusiastic, fast thinking, clear minded, knowledgeable on the subject of EVs.
You did a good job at the museum Mary.
Talk on the radio was good too.
Tim also did his bit, or was it more ? he spent most, if not all of his time at the BVS stand.
Many folks asked Tim about the Berlingo, he was very concise in his replies, I and many others found his thoughts on replacement high capacity batteries for much extended range quite interesting.

Thank you Derek. Very kind words, and much appreciated since I worked very hard to make it all happen.
Thanks for your motor presentation too.
I am looking forward to our next North-West event in October.
