When I charge the fan does not come on. The pumps do run, and if needed the fan will kick in. 6hrs for a 50% charge may not be a problem. WHat voltage are you seeing for the whole system once charged, and what sort of range do you get between charges.

From my own experience the main reasons why people seem to be interested in my own Berlingo, is firstly the cost of running it, and a way down the road second is the issue of polution. From an economic point, many people have realised from my exlpoits that they could use a plug in, but the they stil...

Just a point, where was the oily leak? The coolant can seem oily, if its that then beware of leaks and battery problems. Have you had a reduction in travel distance, and what can you do on a charge? Many dealers are not well placed to do the work. They did train staff up to 2004, but not since. In m...

Voting for the chair is important. Great Idea, but despite various efforts and two months, and my cash, I dont have any anything to hand relating to my membership, so I cant vote. I dont have membership details. It would appear that the organisation really does need to get its act together, attracti...

Sorry, I didnt make it clear, Chris is quite correct the digital version was a one off to give me access to the Mag, its quite large as a file and not really something to put on line as it is. It was a kind gesture by Rob, so dont all go searching for the online version, you wont find it. Regards Gr...

Thanks for all the assistance, I have now been told by Rob Sharp that the membership secretary is being changed, hence the delay. Ive now got access to an online version of the magazine. Its important that the BVS doesnt split up, with the growing interest of people in Plug in Vehicles, the society ...

Its interesting that there seems to be a split between Online and not online. I joined the BVS, well I had money extracted from my Pay pal account two months ago and despite a few reminders, I have seen nothing pass through my letterbox. Since I dont even get an response from my e-mails I will have ...

I just received a reply from Schunk, and they are adamant that they only supply E105, and dont seem to offer an alternative of E101.
I would guess any E101s have been trials. Not sure how we could find out more about this. It would be good to know what they have found out on service life.

Im really stunned by my own set of brushes. The van is 2000 registered, but all the dates seem to show it was builtin late 98, its done 11000 miles. Today I checked out the brushes, they are dated 98 and marked as E105, and still have 10mm to the wear line left to go. Im asuming they are probably th...
