Re: First time buyer - advice needed
Sounds good.
Just to clarify my experience with several Berlingos. It is possible to get 55-60 mile range when driving as ChrisB said. I have had to use this technique about 4 times to get to my parents who are 54 miles away.
So what the supplier says sounds correct.

Re: First time buyer - advice needed
Welcome to the forum. You are correct the batteries are the key thing. The short form is a) the year of manufacture is good (vans before about 2000 had a design weakness) b) the relatively low milleage is good as well (I have am just replacing post 2000 batteries at 35kmiles) c) checking battery con...

Re: 41.3p per kwh sell back
Hypothetically speaking, wouldn't it be better to do it at night on economy 7 ?
Mind you if the meter had timestamped data, it might be a give away getting so much solar power at night

Re: Southern Area : Sat 20 March 2010 : Stand at Whitchurch show
Well just a quick update on the show (http://www.whitchurchgreenfair.org.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) Despite the rain and gloomy weather there was a reasonable turn out of about 100 during the day. Useful extensive discussions with about 6 people that were keen on discussing E...

Southern Area : Sat 20 March 2010 : Stand at Whitchurch show
See http://www.whitchurchgreenfair.org.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for more info. (I don't think it is listed in the BVR) We are short of people (well actually it's just me) at the moment :-) so I could do with some help. I am in the process of contacting local people but pleas...

Re: connectors
Ah - as we are on the subject. I am currently working with a local mechanic (trained on servicing PSA vehicles) to put Lithiums into our 106. I want to be able to add additional cells in the boot (for long runs) with a simple connector. He suggests Anderson connectors. What do people think of using ...

Re: Berlingo Controller PCB Diagram
Hi Joe,
Sorry, this is a bit late - do you still need one ?
I have a Saxo diagram (somewhere) that might be of use.
Now that the mechanic has left the company I might post it somewhere, not sure yet.
Regards,
Rob
