A replacement power driver board was required to sort the controller issue, followed by a new field winding which had gone poof. Took quite a while to sort but got there eventually!

Took a fair bit of work but got her up and running again, and - touch wood - she's doing OK 5000 miles further down the road! 8)

TNT EV

Spotted in Leeds, TNT have got 4 of these. They do 60mph and will go 100miles! It was quick off the mark too. Built in Newcastle apparently. The driver was very pleased with it. Anyone else seen one?

The bits cost me about £100 but this was with a trade discount. I have a colleague who is an electrician who i tried to get to do the job but instead he told me what to buy and then to crack on and fit them! I was quite surprised by this as there's a lot or rules about doing your own wiring. :sho...

If you look through the drivers side wheelarch towards the motor you'll see the pump and switch. I think mine is missing a plastic splash guard so you may need to remove that. The switch is held on by the Torx head bolt visible in the centre. There are two connectors to detach and also the small vac...

Have replaced the vacuum switch (obtained from Citroen at an extortionate cost) and am pleased to find it now runs for 30 sec and then stops for about 4 min.
